We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. We understand that some circumstances or emergencies may arise, but please do your best to give at least 24 hours notice. Any last minute cancelations or no shows will result in an adjustment to your service. Repeated "No Shows" will be charged. We cannot see clients who are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment. If this occurs you will be asked to reschedule.
IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY.
ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR SOCIETY SALON.
